By downloading, accessing, or using the Cal Shot mobile application ("App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You are solely responsible for any food images, health metrics, or content you upload or log within the App.

Cal Shot provides estimated nutritional information (such as calories, protein, carbs, and fats) based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) image analysis and algorithmic estimation models.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Cal Shot may offer optional premium subscription tiers (e.g., CalShot Pro). Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play Store account in accordance with Google Play's billing policies. You may cancel or manage your subscriptions at any time via your Google Play account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

The App itself, trademarks, logos, visual interfaces, graphics, code, and proprietary algorithms belong exclusively to the developers of Cal Shot. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

The App relies on third-party cloud infrastructure (such as Google Cloud, Firebase, and Gemini AI) to function. We are not liable for external downtime, network delays, or third-party service interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cal Shot or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the App, or reliance on nutritional estimates provided by the App.
